These terms cover the ReusedContentChecker website and The Fix & Appeal Kit, published by CLEARDEAL LLC.
The checker and the free guides are provided for education. The checker runs entirely in your browser; we do not receive, store, or see anything you type or paste into it.
The kit is a digital publication sold for a one-time payment of $39. Payment is processed by Stripe; on completion you are taken directly to the kit page, which is your copy to read and use. The kit is licensed for your own use on channels you own or manage. Please do not redistribute, resell, or publish the kit or its scripts as your own product.
YouTube alone decides monetization applications, appeals, and suspensions. The kit teaches fixes and appeal preparation based on YouTube's published policies and appeal specification; it does not and cannot guarantee that any application or appeal will succeed.
